As a member of Equinor's U.S. Regulatory and Public Affairs team, Carlie spearheads legislative and regulatory policy efforts across key U.S. markets to support the company's renewable energy portfolio. Carlie joined Equinor after working in the Massachusetts House of Representatives, where she led policy, communications, and constituent services for the Office of Representative Dylan Fernandes. She has also held various policy and advocacy positions in the environmental non-profit space.
