Moira Cyphers

Moira Cyphers leads and manages the ACP Eastern Region State Affairs program, including lobbying, regulatory, grassroots and public affairs work in our direct engagement states; coordinating with Regional Organization partners and other advocacy organizations on policy priorities in PJM, NY-ISO, and ISO-NE to maintain a high industry profile with national and regional state legislative, regulatory, and governor forums.
